Current CEO Romero is staying at the company, in a different function - and will help deliver on the targets.
They are searching for someone with the right credentials to turn this project to an operator and so, move the project to the next stage.
Romero has been great in my view, but indeed, he does not have the technical experience in running a mining operations.
I view this as a positive.
Also worth noting, good first trading day in US, with stock closing +9%.
