That's outstanding analysis RB.
I too, have my bearish views being challenged by the ferocity of the rise of this markets.
I'm quite close to capitulating on the sell side, and will wait for tonights reaction to the results posted by Johnson and Johnson, and Goldman Sachs aka Vampire Squids' results for guidance.
You are 100% right in saying a move like today, is totally out of the ordinary and even though on small volume, it shows a massive turn of sentiment.
One thing however, it could be just all chop. Yesterday this time, world markets looked sick EVERYWHERE. You could not find a buy anywhere. Then magically, it all changed, and by today now everything looks like it wants to charge higher.
If markets are going to do this everyday, it's almost impossible to pick trades.
