Very true, tonight was particularly unfair, as you can't expect them to know the differences between Malaysian, Korean, Chinese, Thai food etc......... then come up with a dish that makes it past the judges by 'guessing' flavours and 3 minutes for selecting ingredients? It did spoil it for me tonight - and I believe they should have half an hour to plan their meal nad menu, or their skills aren't being TRULY tested.
Still good entertainment, but as I said earlier, the judges know them all and their capabilities better than the TV viewers have seen.
