They certainly should consider other sites - South Australia is at the other end of the railway line but I am not sure how 'user friendly' the SA Government is. At least SA is not run by the Greens and would be a bit more environmentally attuned (Vanadium Redox batteries) in that respect. Perth WA would be best but transport much more costly.
