My comment was made on what I know to be happening in the economy now. i could post a truck load of data. The government has got it wrong. The economists have got it wrong. The sytem is broken and not fixed yet.
You throw money ( you dont have ) at people to spend money when spending money you didnt have put us in the mess in the first place. Its disgusting. Real infrasrutrure spending is needed. At least the chinese have that right.
