I respect your opinions @2ic and believe you have extensive experience in the mineral sands industry, very often providing great insight into the nuances of the sector, but speculating on various unsubstantiated JV partner intentions, project metrics downgrades or trading activity of major shareholders does not assist the less experienced investors who read this forum.

I suggest you do "break your new rules" and contact Bruce Griffin directly in order to obtain some clarity on these issues and perhaps alleviate some of your concerns regarding the JV and the Thunderbird Project economics. I do not support the view that the market is always right. Nor do I believe institutional investors have any insideinformation in this circumstance. I have witnessed countless examples of stocks that grossly deviate from their true underlying value for an extended period (both on upside and downside) but eventually settle where they truly belong. I hold a firm view, based on informed discussions, that SFX will surprise the market in relation to its updated BFS project economics and revised debt finance structure with Taurus and NAIF.

A market that is focused on the next shiny thing, that wants a trading outcome delivered in a matter of days does not dictate my long-term investment strategy.
