    exactly, that;s why I think Ronalds idea is more than sensible. Dividend distribution before director's outrageous salaries. And shareholder's approval before squandering money on take overs...it all ties in with shareholders owning the company.....and having some control.
    Would you like to own your assets but me controlling them?
