You do realise AJM held no cards to be bargaining anything with? They had nothing to offer except more broken promises.
The ONLY reason prices are now increasing is because the mine formerly managed by AJM has stopped giving its lithium away.
Prices would have continued to fall if it had been allowed to continue in the same vein - LNH (and most other commentators for that matter) could see this at the time.
You do realise you also have no visibility of LNH liabilities outside of AJM either. Maybe they needed to re-alocate capital quickly to another project. Who knows? If you owe the sums of money AJM did, it’s not their problem, it’s the LNHs problem…
