If you look at Moderna's activity since early May they've been going bananas partnering with companies around the globe. They have stated that they're looking to partner in Australia to manufacture. This is obviously completely separate from the Government's activities. There is a chance that IDT is a candidate for this, and by the looks of it this could happen sooner rather than later.
