Not an observation that I've made. I've definitely seen examples of where they pay from their own pocket to exercise the options but it hasn't been important enough for me to remember exactly who did that so I can't point to an example. However, I do find it extremely difficult to picture IVZ management selling any shares. As @Davy Boy said, we shall see.
Definitely a lull in activity when the most interesting thing to talk about is option conversions! hehehe
