Mgt competence - company on its knees
Governance - treat holders terribly
Not sure why you would expect this to change

CPS has done a superb deal for their clients and made this board and mgt look like pretty stupid

So ill get out when it suits and never invest in anything associated with these people again - because next time they need to make an important decision we know what damage they are capable of.

And i know conditions can improve ie higher oil price or GAS does well ... and when it happens there will be sooo mannny more shares OS the leverage will be much lower than it would have been if the board were any good. Find another E&P with decent mgt isn't that hard ...

My mistake going in - now i know that - get out and learn from it.
