The move as far as distance is, is only a few buldings, however at a quick look the saving would be at least 70K per year based on the same floor space (300 sq/mtrs).
It would be significantly more if the area they are in now is smaller that the one thet had in St Martins Tower.
300 sq/mtrs can house quite a large workforce.
