I doubt the government would allow TLS and AGL to merge, TLS no need to buy AGL as they already have the distribution from the internet and phone cross promotion and sales just do a supply agreement/s as they are doing and build a TLS energy company within and eat away at the ORG, AGL and Co's customers and profits.
TLS technically can't break $3.60 but soon that will break and we will be $4 plus. 5G is killing the competition and the break up of TLS will release the shackles for growth and get the GOVT of it's back and retire debt.
