- MyDiveo acquisition pre IPO was on stupid terms, and impaired within a couple years. The vendor was one of Ted's old colleagues at MySpace. - The stake in Lottogopher (Ted's other co listed in the US) and transactions there need to be put under the microscope. - The Alto funding arrangement was soo questionable and unfavourable to SH's, should be looked at to confirm there's no related parties at Alto. - Fireside chats have seemingly been incinerated (I have copies of some). Links in the announcements are broken though. - The loans are BS. - The creditor payments via shares would like to know who was receiving them. - Revenue opaque. There's more red flags, a lot of questions to be asked here. All IMO, DYOR.
