CGI has over 800k sellers, and 250k buyers. Supply and Demand would indicate the price will not go up. Only 3 trades today, and 18 trades since April. You buy, you will be stuck with them for a while.
I'm only a relatively new trader myself, so would appreciate any comments from the veterans on this forum if they disagree.
