At current share price I won't be taking up the offer.. and if the SP is around 12c when the new shares are allocated, i can see many being dumped on the market (much like BUL and other small cap SPPs) pushing the share price to 10c and maybe even lower..
granted Zinc prices have gone done a lot but CBH has been a major disappointment over the last 3 years.
