The reason why is a no brainer. The reasons why the company refuse to release important information - like their super anti-flu drug successfully completing trials, is much harder to understand.
The share price is rising in spite of incompetent management. But surely these practices are getting beyond the point of ridiculous and into the realm of criminal...
Another round of Appendix 3Bs, while price super-sensitive information (which some already know about) is being withheld. Oh well, at least the dodgy dealing gives me hope - Peter Cook only gives himself free shares and options when he knows he has good news up his sleeve... When he acccumulates - you should too!
