With respect Nannapat, there is a Co employed position whose job duties include dealing with shareholder enquiries/ideas. No doubt there is a lot of natural waste of "nonsense questions", None the less , I'm sure there are some gold nuggets amongst the waste.
Also ,in the recent past, the Co reply emails to shareholder questions, have helped shareholders towards a better understanding of what lies ahead.
It's all part of the process.

I'm sure the important work isn't delayed at all ,even if a gold nugget turned up.

Re consumerables and branding. Dell or Toshiba ,I think, proudly declare whose processor is inside ... it's a huge compliment and selling point. as do others and in other consumerables.
It's about aiming that high and being "First in class" as well as staying "Best in class"
as I said , all respect Nannapat, I loved and wholly agree with your points 1,3 ,6 .
