This is a bang on post! I'm totally supportive of the sentiment here and the reality is we are much closer to ticking the final steps - than most of the ill informed so called investors that make constant crap and uneducated comments on this forum. Quite frankly I ve had a gut full and look forward to a tier 1 broker cleaning out the trash and re-setting the shareholder base with like minded investors that understand the project dynamics and potential. The events of the last few weeks with the NT EPA and Vogul is nothing short of incompetence and a regulator that has overreached their own legal framework and made defaming comments that should never have been delivered publicly in the media. In a private setting Vogul would be sacked and shown the door. TNG has been totally factual and TNG measured and appropriate in its assessment. My counsel to investors on this forum is back the truck and get the "fark off" TNG and PB. PB will deliver the final commercial realities on the project this year. The EIS is an unknown quantity brought about by a regulator that has imposed air quality requirements it has not set or defined - and by reference to other participants in middle arm that TNG has no ability or information at hand to assess the cumulative air quality position. Quite frankly the position TNG has been put in is untenable and the NT government needs to respond and bring accountability to the NT EPA. As they say a fish rots from the head and Vogul is rotten to the core!
