I recall in a recent presentation they were targeting production late 23 which aligns with your thinking.
Unfortunately I also recall them in their prospectus a few years ago targeting production late 21.
However as has been previously mentioned here I wouldnt be surprised if it is taken over by a low ball offer as it gets closer to production.
Patience required with this . IMO
