    A speccy this one, and not without risk due to the Philippines and the few sellers who were letting shares out at higher prices.

    This is 11% oversold over the last 20 days, and on a positive Cu outlook, I think it could rebound to 48-49c on no news.

    I am not trading this actively having a core holding awaiting a hopeful Tampakan sale.
