geez mate, i know I may be a bit optimistic but you dont quit do you, in full tilt melt down mode...you have to chill with imagined problems.

- firstly nothing goes up in a straight line. its what creates opportunity.

- secondly we have been given no reason to think that the plant will be a complicated set up. infact the opposite has been stated. more over tradies for a bathroom are different to what we require so comparing wait times for joe the plumber for your leaky tap to trades we require is a bit much. the dialing in is all done by engineers which are part of the design team already under contract.

- thirdly if you write a big enough cheque PRESTO! you'll have as many tradies, in all shapes and sizes, as you need. something easily achievable with our bank balance. pretty sure bruce with near 7 million in a duffle bag can rustle up a welder and a concreter.
