It is disappointing to see the recent drop in our Company's share price, especially as ZNO is making great progress on many fronts. I can assure you that the current board and management are focused upon our long-term strategic outlook, building solid company growth and enhancing shareholder value.

Rest assured that a considerable amount of time is being dedicated to ensuring share holders understand the way forward and in re-building market confidence.

There has been a lot of short selling of our stock and this has not helped the situation.
