I'm not sure on whether RVR will generate $40mill for the Q, however if it did, I still doubt your 40c target will be attained short term (lest $1), - mid 20's perhaps and very much depending on developments at Hillgrove - since market seems to judge RVR by Hillgrove alone. Market seems to forget that the bread and butter is still Thalanga and will be for some time. 2023 should be a different story - unless RVR is taken out prior.
