    The best result will be if the insurance of CER covers the entire claim together with a PWC contribution.

    Then CER will only likely be out legal costs (which you would imagine would still be substantive).

    The worst result is no settlement.
    I imagine this will be a long running matter further complicated by the inclusion of PWC.
