The company has previously stated that results of the analysis will be provided in "late June".
Despite the extensive testing taking place between both parties, I'd suggest that if this timeline was pushed out, the company would have advised us today. As such, its still reasonable to expect results by 30 June, or another announcement closer to then stating that testing continues.
The chips and wafers are physically at 4DS now. It is intriguing that imec are still involved in testing. Would this be a case of 4DS rerunning the testing that Imec has already done to verify the results?
If so, you can deduce that the chip is at least working and able to select memory cells. I don't think Imec would bother sending a chip that couldn't boot up, and we would have a different announcement this morning.
