I see the knock on CAY having a history of over promising and under delivering. For the past two years there has been talk that we are only months from a take over by all manner of companies from various countries which sadly have ended in disappointment.
The rumours of take over also preceded the inevitable capital raises.
Cash balance looks dangerously low again, and again the feeling is that we are getting close to significant news. So I think the market is jaded by it and needs soon confirmation.
Just how how I see it and am hopeful that this time will be different and the major steps that we are waiting for can happen very soon.
