    long entry at 4010 with stop at 4005
    short entry at 4005 with a stop at 4010 limit at 3998
    long entry at 3998 with a stop at 3993 limit at 4005
    short entry at 3993 stop at 3998

    or some such.

    Alternatively you could go away and come back tomorrow
