There is so much news to be coming and so much drilling results. We don't get to this Level for no reason. The market pull back on Inflation rate is a perfect opportunity to get more at cheap prices The big Boys are. And think about it even if rate rise there going to rise by a little bit fractions. We will still have an absolute cheap rates for years to come in comparison to where they have been think about it. Buy up.
