Interesting statement by Ben Dillon in his market release signalling the end of the takeover offer. "The deterioration in Fermiscan’s position meant that the merger upon the Offer terms was no longer in Polartechnics best interests". Did I miss something?. I thought we were advised by management that PLT was not a good match due to an uncertain future for the merged entity etc. That statement to me makes it sound like PLT pulled the plug as FER was in trouble.
