I think our Judges and legal fraternity have now really got a screw loose. Yesterday I thought that there was no justification for beating up a 16 year old so severely, but as the circumstances of the case have been aired since, I find the publican to have acted properly.

I think he should have had better legal advice - (Stuff these ignoramus solicitors who let their clients down) and counter claimed for distress and anguish to family - home invasion and assault (he was hit first).
