Maybe BBX doesn't want SGS to see their 'special flux'. They have said on many occasions that their methods are proprietary. Having said that, I would expect IPT, at the very least, to be across their analytical methods.
I think their decision would be based on more mundane issues like resources, logistics, location, timeframes and price (as well as COVID in the short to medium term).
