How much are lawyers to set up tenement contracts?
They must be standard with amend conditions.
$10k-$15k maybe $20k?
I dont know but a week or two of a solicitors time would work out at that rate at $400-$1mill pa. (probably a few days knowing them)
Sounds a nice salary!
Even $15k means a spend of $185kish outstanding
Im not even being critical here. I might be way off. Theres a lot of spending remaining I would think.
