Its like every where....Competing for those who have been trained but not prepared all make a bloody point of training big time.
Narrrr ......Just get them from overseas. I have Grandkids who would love to get in and be trained but it usually means a interview with a hundred or more to take 2 or 3 if some Companies are doing it. There own demise.
