Also alot of mining stock have done caps before final assay are out due to they really dont know what they have until assay so its better have secured money
To keep drilling then waiting n hoping.
if they really knew what they had then why do assay?
Also as meantion drilling for 1 hole can cost 200 to 400k a hole. So 1m can give you diamond core, 3 or 5 holes depends on land. Then you have to pay for assays.
So alittle bit of money.
