The one thing that the big buyer cannot do is control the timing of the release of the impending report from Shell, unless of course the big buyer is Shell, or associated buyers. If that is not the case hopefully the news will catch them off guard and leave them a little bit short of their requirements. The news could be much sooner than later, I hope.
