No I think we will it's just that the deal may have been subject to the 60 day and the 60 day is what the new FDA standard was for efficacy? They changed it from 30 days about 2 weeks after we flopped at 30 days.... now it's a kaboom as the results at 60 were spectacular. 75% reduction in mortality with Dex, thats hard to ignore even for the FDA who now need a real win on the board...
