Seems to me Todd do not have many choices. They cannot just continue on as at present...can they?
So they must find a backer and make a genuine attempt to get to mining.
If not then surely Todd must sell their interest and on what basis would be interesting. On book value their interest would be a gift to another party?
What is going on?
