I wouldn't be surprised to see people holding both; directly or indirectly. The biggest problem with a legal tussle is it absolutely reduces the amount of announcements - as they need to be vetting thoroughly by lawyers, as it may led to potentially further legal action by share holders interpreted incorrectly (how well things are going). If you see any top 20, "significant holder" changes then it's likely not going well, but that too might mean information has been leaked on the legal case.
So all holders, whether EPM or other greenlandic related holdings; need to keep abreast of the information / articles / share data. DYOR, and watch for the possible canaries and consider the risk and reward. The other forum provides a decent political focused threads, and its quite informative to read people's analysis. I like to throw the bones, and see if we can work out if there is a indeed a larger narrative.
