I don't think Lithium Australia would be interested in Lepidico anymore, and if they are they will probably be strategic and wait for Lepidico to continue the trend it is on. The only reason why share holders would want to avoid being taken over is so that management can continue to be paid for providing very little in return.
The chart looks woeful and the warning signs are apparent. If you cannot afford to potentially lose it all then you may want to consider your position because there are no key drivers in the short to medium term. It's all in a land far far away fairy tale type stuff.
Be prepared for the worst.
