your right on one front....We do have a shed, it is the plant that keeps breaking down with low volume feed, as for exploring AUL's land with new mining techniques.....BINGO, thats one of the ways they will try to raise money off new and old investors.....
CR's have to be planned well in advance and this is primmed to perfection for when its needed and i would say a little safety net also if things go a little wrong at WRM drilling..
The connections of upper management only fuel history thats already been proven up...
IMHO its a way out for sophs at a small profit and a way to make more on imho certain CR's at discount to market in the future....
The shed in Sydney on its land will only appreciate in value as its on land thats valuable and keeps going up, the land AUL was valuable a long time ago just like Broken Hill, that land is now not valuable because its been mined to death and even with renewed mineral prices is still not worth what it was....
AUL is a Broken Hill and with a merger with WRM will be worth less to sh's by way of dilution than The Sydney sheds land it lies upon that is for sure
