It is their very first quarter of trading on the ASX - so likely to be some one-off costs in there - see how they go next/this quarter.
Either way, Chairman is one of the biggest AGC holders, as is his MAG and the rest of the big MAG holders, and the biggest shareholders of AGC are New South Resources where Glen was previously MD and who effectively have employed Glen at AGC - so you'd think that they would like and will get the best bang for buck and that it would affect them more than us if they didn't get it.
I'll go with: likely to be one-off first quarter on-the-ASX costs.
