Revisiting the acquisition topic, I have not studied the calibre of management, but I am sure both shareholder AND management focus is on intelligent growth… otherwise the company will fail?
And I don’t think the acquisition hunt is “behind the scenes”…especially after re-reading the trancript from the conference call to the H1 results;
“…EBITDA from operations excludes $1.1 million of nonoperational expenditure associated with the assessment of M&A opportunities during the period.”..
“…If you look at our current state, the telecommunications work, which have been a large portion of the group's historical growth, have declined from their historical construction-led peak in FY '20.
As a result, the group will need to continue to work to replace these revenues across a more diversified base to support future growth...”
