The only global toehold for the Milner's is their investment in PIA - Pengana International.
Why not use this as the springboard for more global ?
Currently Milners have 60% of a $7B coy.
Post-deal, they will have 39% of an $11B coy.
My take is that they will then want to creep back up to 45+% of the new-SOL.
