Why, why why ?
I'm a long,long,long-term holder.

We get :
1) a 39% major shareholder in the Milners
2) a "captive" board and "circular" shareholdings preventing transparency
3) a big coal producer, a brickmaker, and a copper play
4) more global shareholdings
5) more unlisted shareholdings
6) non-benchmarkable performance
7) our NTA and sweetened short-term divs

We lose :
1) Control of our own company
2) Dedicated domestic portfolio easily benchmarkable

Not for me. I'm voting against it.
