I think that over the next week, it will be the opportunity to accumulate from tax loss selling. My expectation is that in the new fiscal year we will see a slow stealthy creep upwards in share price based on trickle effect of expanded licensing directly and through partnerships. I don't foresee a large contract or multi million license bundle. The big unknown is whether there will be a take-over which would make the share price skyrocket - AR9's assets are very desirable and can value add significantly to the larger companies.
Either way, I think this is carrying an "accumulate" label.
