They did justify in the previous preso. If a company holds certain % in another company which has complete control, under accounting practice, they can declare their consolidated revenue.
WCG currently share offices with 5GN. I rather 5gn operates this way. Let wcg pay off $42m debt over the years, leverage their selling chanels to improve 5gn. Utilise currenr 5gn infrastucture to also improve wcg. Works both way.
