Roger Montgomery mentioned Waypoint REIT a number of times last night when talking on Nightlife on ABC Radio. Talked about it being an alternative to bonds, security and income. Nice to hear at least some mention of the stock. Should be a good proposition too, with its holdings in areas close to CBDs where developers may be interested in the land holding for unit development. ?
