Administration of these mRNA vaccines result in the host creating the spike protein within their own bodies, resulting in accumulation in several key organs. This has been demonstrated in the Pfizer study released under an FOI request out of Japan. The issue is that should auto-immune conditions result from this, any or all organs that are showing accumulation will be affected.
Given the varying levels of accumulation (by organ), fertility will be the first thing to be destroyed in females, with death from respiratory failure likely across both genders given the accumulation in that region of the body.
Auto-immune disorders take a minimum of 8 months to surface; typically around a year. Anyone taking these experimental drugs is taking an extreme risk with their health, end of story.
