They are missing milestones....i.e UK launch was promised by EOFY 20-2021....has not happened.......

The market cap/ SP has not improved.........in fact is lower than pre c-19 (with dilution should be atleast 1.61)

Revenue as been same in last 3-4 yrs around the $460-480m mark

Strategic intent still not clear- growth-expansion- timelines
Cash- no update on how the $175m cash is being used for (all we saw were ads, but no improvement in revenue- ad money given to own mates). NO acquisitions etc
Sale of legacy business- Valued at $300m, legacy business should have been sold, if not sold, break it away and list as separate company...i'll be happy to get a regular divi off that and growth

Been a disappointing 12 months.
